Big Dog's team of brewers, Dave Pascual and Amanda Koeller, will lead you through the basics of a professional craft brewery and teach you some of the tricks of the trade and they brew up a batch of Big Dog's still-to-be-named Imperial Porter with Cocoa Nibs! First of all, our delicious and award-winning Red Hydrant Chili is back for its annual visit at your neighborhood Big Dog's. Slow cooked with Angus chuck, Red Hydrant Ale, onions, bell peppers, chorizo, three varieties of beans, and the perfect blend of chilies, this is one cooler weather warmer that is sure to please! Topped with authentic aged Mexican-style cheese, red onions, fresh smoked chile crema, and a red jalapeno. Served with corn bread and whipped honey butter. Bowl $7.
