Music is second nature for this multi-instrumentalist, singer/songwriter, who is best known for his looping skills. A one man band, Rein plays guitar, keys, and sings as he loops all sounds live. He moved to the U.S. from the Philippines when he was 16 years old. He started playing music in church at the age of 13. His fun, vibrant performances capture a magnetic type of energy everywhere he performs. He quickly became a Vegas favorite in the local music scene after moving to Las Vegas just a few years ago. Rein continues to travel around the U.S. performing in New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, and California. He also has performed in other countries such as in the Philippines and Singapore. 3-6 PM.
The Jupiter Year is a local favorite, entertaining both local crowds on Fremont downtown to tourists from all over the world at the most popular spots on The Las Vegas Strip. The lead singer, Jase Naron, has a unique powerful voice that captivates the audience with his unique renditions of classic songs. They have both original music and cover a wide range of music from different genres.They are quickly becoming the go to band for events and festivals. They are currently the house band for "The Weekend" show filmed live in Las Vegas. 6-9pm
Inspired by the sounds of The Eagles and Mumford and Sons, The Richard Mann trio uses vocal harmonies and acoustic instruments to bring the top classic rock, country, and popular radio hits to a whole new level. Featuring Richard Mann on acoustic guitar and vocals, Spenser Kalnin on fiddle/trumpet and vocals, and Miles Van Blarcom on bass and vocals. All three just finished recording their debut album at the acclaimed Black Bird studios in Nashville for their original project The Union Drifters. 9 pm - Sometime the next morning!
While admission to the event is free, there is a cost to partake in the festival food and beverage menu. Items are individually priced according to a printed menu that will be provided on the day of the event. The Big Dog’s token system is used for purchasing festival items. Tokens are $1 each and must be purchased prior to the event or from the Big Dog’s token booth on the day of the event. In addition, a Big Dog’s Winterfest souvenir pint glass is required for festival beer purchases.
Purchasing your packages online prior to the event gets you some extra bang for your buck! Not only will you receive 5 bonus tokens in your purchased festival package but you will also earn Big Dog's Reward points for your purchase. Big Dog's Rewards points add up quickly and turn into bonus $$$ that you can use to buy food, beverage or merchandise at your Las Vegas brewpub.
