DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe Las Vegas Valley lost a local legend on February 2nd\, 
 2025 when John Earl Williams\, founder and leader of the legendary Boogiem
 an Band passed away.\nLas Vegas Music and Events\, along with Big Dog's Br
 ewing Company\, the Las Vegas Blues Society and many of the valley's top R
 hythm and Blues artists will be paying tribute to our late brother John wi
 th a FREE concert. Artists scheduled to perform include\, but is definitel
 y not limited to:\nMonk and The Poy BoysScott Rhiner and the Moaning Black
  SnakesAl Ek and the Shuffleairesand many more special appearances.\nAbout
  John Earl Williams:\nJohn Earl started John Earl’s Boogieman Band back 
 in the 80s which was a regular featured band at The Sand Dollar LV\, booke
 d and run by JE’s very capable wife \, Shirley.\nThe Williams were instr
 umental in fostering blues music in Las Vegas serving on the original Las 
 Vegas Blues Society Board of Directors\, which held a very popular blues f
 estival annually at Lee Canyon.\nIt's hard to find any seasoned Las Vegan 
 who wasn't touched or influenced by John. John's positive energy\; love an
 d support for the local music scene was infectious. His generosity to a va
 riety charities\, veterans groups and children's organizations helped rais
 e thousands of dollars over the years for those in need. The Williams fami
 ly touched so many over the years and we hope you'll join on April 6th to 
 show some love to a man\, and family whom have loved so many.\nPatrick Gen
