Grilled bratwurst bathed in our Red Hydrant Ale beer with onions, served on a soft pretzel bun loaded with Bavarian Style Sauerkraut made with apples, and bacon, served with potato chips and our own beer mustard.
Schweinebraten with Viener Dog Vienna Lager – $17.50 or 5 tickets
Just like in the tents on the Wiesn during Oktoberfest, boneless pork shoulder roast, topped with a pan gravy, served with roasted root vegetables.
