Cooked down with out Black Lab Stout beer, topped with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and roasted golden brown. Served with a side of field greens, tossed with Raspberry Vinaigrette, topped with heirloom cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and toasted almonds. $24/ 5-10 pm
