We used a combination of US and Southern Hemisphere hops to give fruity, citrus, pine, and pungent, notes. Classic and true to the style, this brew has a simple malt bill beneath the combination of hops that lend to the fruity and dank notes in the aroma and flavor. Typical of this style, it is hop forward with a true emphasis on the hops and aroma. Outside of that, the grain will impart a subtle sweet character, but the beer will finish very dry.
