Life is Beautiful Music & Art Festival is an annual music, culinary, art, and learning festival held in Downtown Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. It debuted in 2013 as a three-day event and celebrates its 10th year when it returns September 22-24, 2023. This year, Big Dog’s Brewing Company – Las Vegas’ Original Brewing Company – is producing two special limited edition canned beers that will be available for purchase throughout the event. As it turns out, this is a big year for the crew at Big Dog’s Brewing Company as well. 2023 marks the 30th year of Big Dog’s award-winning, handcrafted beers being made here in Las Vegas, Nevada. “A Beautiful Haze” is a crushable Hazy IPA packed with flavor and mouthfeel. We used a combination of hops for this brew, including Sabro, Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic Hops. You will notice juicy citrus and tropical notes along with peach, wine, pine, and coconut. The brew is light, silky and BIG in flavor and aroma, yet smaller in ABV, It makes a fantastic brew for the warmer weather. Cheers!

Taste – Juicy, smooth, touch bitterness on front end and easy finish, slight grain of oats
Mouthfeel – Crisp up front, silky, light-medium mouthfeel

Grains – 2-row, Dextrin, Oats, and Rye

“Cool as a Cucumber!” Cucumber Lime Lager is an American craft lager infused with fresh cucumbers and limes. Refreshing cucumber will be evident on the nose along with a touch of lime citrus and tartness. Body will be light and clean, showcasing the specialty ingredients.

Aroma – Cucumber, citrus, clean malt
Taste – Refreshing, light, slightly tart
Body – Light body
Hops – Magnum, Hallertau
ABV – 4.3%
Mila May is an established Las Vegas artist whose work includes murals, graphic design, illustration, and installation. She specializes in a clean graphic style using bright colors, bold shapes, and subtle textures. She is a fervent believer in public art because it gives everyone a chance to encounter new ideas and empowering messages.

Our first batches of beer started in a modest brewhouse located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. Dubbed the name “Holy Cow!” in 1993, it wasn’t until 2003 that we relocated the brewery to its current location just 8 miles northwest of downtown Las Vegas. Today our brewery team works in unison to develop some of the most unique and flavorful beers in Las Vegas. With an emphasis on consistent core brews and exciting seasonal/reserve beers, our brewers continue to put our spin on original, local beer flavor.
Celebrating 10 years in September 2023, Life is Beautiful is Las Vegas’ premier music and arts festival. Attracting more than 1 million fans to Downtown Las Vegas over the festival’s lifespan, the annual 3-day event delivers an eclectic range of immersive experiences including music sets from chart-topping performers, eye-catching art installations, hilarious comedians, culinary showcases, and more. Life is Beautiful was born as part of the major revitalization of Downtown Las Vegas in 2013 and has helped transform the surrounding DTLV community into a bustling destination while contributing over $400M of economic impact and cultural capital to the area. What started as an event has become something more: a symbol of connection, joy and creativity.
