Crisp homemade corn tortillas, drenched in delicious ranchero-birria consommé, topped with shredded birria beef, Oaxaca cheese, cilantro, red onions, and 2 eggs any style, served with black refried beans.
Dinnertime / 5pm -10pm – NEW YORK STEAK – $26
10oz Choice center cut certified black angus New York steak, pan-seared to your liking, topped with cowboy butter, served with tri-colored rosemary roasted creamer potatoes and buttered sugar snap peas.
Dessert – WHITE & DARK CHOCOLATE CAKE – $8.50
Three layers of raspberry-soaked chocolate sponge cake are stacked between ribbons of milk and white chocolate mousses. Finished with a glossy bittersweet chocolate ganache, drizzled with wild berry fruit puree.
