This annual event is our celebration of refreshing summer beers and sizzling live reggae that we host under the stars at night.

Big Dog’s Brewing Company hosts multiple on-site seasonal beer festivals at its brewery location at 4543 North Rancho Drive in Las Vegas, NV.  These beer festivals are always free to attend.  You just pay for your food and beverage as you go throughout the event!  Each of these on-site events always feature 45+ independent craft beers including at least 25 #NevadaBorn drafts from Silver State breweries, tasty food choices that pair deliciously well with the beers, live music, raffles, giveaways and a charitable component supporting the brewery’s favorite causes.  While parking is available on-site, it is limited.  We encourage you to car pool or use ride share services.

  • Pair your tasty Summer Fest brews with one of our delicious, island-inspired BBQ platters!
  • Saint Louis-style rib platter features a half rack, cole slaw and our homemade jalapeno mac & cheese!  Sauced with a delicious apricot BBQ sauce!

  • We love local live music and have featured at least two bands at each of our on-site festival events since 2010.
  • Summerfest has always been about live reggae.  It may be hot outside, but you won’t care as you get lost in the reggae tunes.
  • The refreshing summer beers pair well with the music.  We’ll be chillin’ under the stars!

  • Followed by the Trenchtown Rockers, a Bob Marlkey tribute band.

raising funds for LOCAL CHARITY!

  • Each of our on-site festival events raise money for great, local causes.  $1 from each festival package sold plus the proceeds from the prize raffle go to the featured charity/cause.  In addition, any on-site vendors also make a donation to the featured causes baes on their event sales.
  • Over the years, since we started our on-site festivals series in 2010, we have made over $50,000 in donations to our favorite worthy local causes including Three Square, the Animal Foundation, Patrick Kelley Youth Foundation, and N.A.M.I. Southern Nevada!
  • Summerfest supports the efforts of Three Square, our community food bank.  The miracle workers of Three Square can feed 3 meals from every $1 donated.  More information is available at threesquare.org.

FUN PRIZE RAFFLES THROUGHOUT

  • Not only do we sell raffle tickets at the event, many of our festival packages include raffle tickets.
  • Our raffle proceeds always support our featured charity partners.
  • Raffle prizes range from gift cards, glassware, “Growlers for a Year,” and beer-related swag to big screen televisions, computers, custom art, and much more!  
  • Winners do NOT have to be present to win, but the prizes must be claimed within 48 hours.
  • Drawings are held during music breaks during the event.

BUY A FESTIVAL PACKAGE TO HIT THE GROUND RUNNING

  • We eliminate the cash handling at the beer tent by selling festival tickets at our merch/ticket sales booth at the entrance to the festival.
  • You can avoid the longer lines at the ticket booth by pre-buying one of our ticket packages in advance through our online sales portal, powered by Eventbrite.  We’ll send you a bar coded ticket to your email.  We host a separate check-in booth for our pre-buyers!  Step up and show us the code.  We’ll have your stuff ready, and you can get right to the eating and drinking!
  • Pre-buying your festival package always saves you $$$ over our day-of-the-event prices.

Please Note: All festival packages bought online through 8/26/2023 are priced with an additional savings built in AND are eligible for Big Dog’s Rewards Card program points. There are no discounts, bonus tokens or points available for purchases made onsite during the event.

FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? In order to consume alcoholic beverages you must be 21 years of age or older. Patrons under 21 years of age are welcome to attend the event to enjoy the entertainment and food options.

Can I still use the wooden nickel tokens that used to be used at the Big Dog’s events? The tokens issued for previous events are no longer valid for festival purchases.

How does the ticket system work? While admission to the event is free, there is a cost to partake in the festival food and beverage menu. All beers Items are served in half-glass portions. Most beers are also available in full-glass portions. Each beer will be individually priced according to a printed menu that will be provided on the day of the event. Each pour will be priced with the number of tickets necessary. The Big Dog’s ticket system is used for purchasing festival items. Tickets are valued at $3.50 each and must be purchased prior to the event or from the Big Dog’s sales booth on the day of the event. We will be pouring beers in 16 oz. Big Dog’s plastic beer glasses. We will provide you a clean cup with each pour.

We encourage festival goers to purchase one of our packages to minimize sales booth lines and make the most of the festival day experience. In addition, each package saves the purchaser money vs. buying each of the items individually. Packages are available online (through Noon on 8/26/23) and onsite.

Festival tickets are are not refundable and expire at the end of the event. However, event tickets may be used inside for purchasing food and beverage items from Big Dog’s Draft House on the day of the event and are valued at $3.50 each.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? Big Dog’s Draft House is located on an approximately 5 acre parcel with on-site parking for 250 vehicles. Additional parking may be available within walking distance of the event. The festival event is expected to draw a crowd of 1000-2000 people throughout the event. We encourage car pooling or using ride share companies (Uber or Lyft). Public transportation is available with a stop right at the location of the event. Is my registration/ticket transferrable? If you purchase a ticket and give it to someone else, we are good with that. Each ticket is printed with a one-time use bar code which will be scanned upon arrival at the event. Up until we scan it, it is fully transferrable to others.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You can either bring a printed copy of the ticket or you can bring your smart phone with the ticket confirmation. Both will have a one-time bar code which will be scanned upon arrival at the event.

What is the refund policy? There are no full or partial refunds for any reason. There are no rain checks.
